The agent who helped me, Jamey, answered all the questions and after discussing the whole thing for a while I asked her if she could come up with a quote for my house and car, which she did. "I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to on the phone by Lori when asking a question. I get you probably speak to alot of angry people in regards to raising the rates, but I was not one of them and did not appreciate being spoken to so rudely. I have been with your company several years and never encountered such a rude person."
